Yes. Our installations are delivered in line with recognised industry standards and supported with the relevant certification, documentation and warranties, including MCS.
Yes. We work with homeowners, landlords, businesses and organisations, delivering solutions tailored to the property type and energy usage.
Yes. Every installation starts with a survey or assessment to ensure the system is suitable, correctly sized and designed for the property.
In most cases, yes, or at least for part of the day. We will confirm access requirements during the booking stage.
This depends on the system type. Most domestic solar and battery installations are completed within one to two days. Heat pumps and larger projects may take longer. We provide a clear timeline before work starts.
Yes. We provide commissioning documents, warranties and certification as part of the installation process.

 Yes. We provide post installation support and guidance to ensure your system operates as intended.

Suitability & Performance

Not every property is suitable. We assess roof space, orientation, insulation levels and existing systems before recommending any solution. If something is not suitable, we will tell you.

Yes. Solar PV works effectively across Wales and continues to generate electricity even on cloudy days.
yes. Systems can be designed to allow for future battery upgrades where appropriate providing you have a hybrid inverter installed.

Audits & Compliance

Yes. In addition to installations, we offer independent Home Health Checks for customers who already have insulation, heating or renewable systems installed and want reassurance or clarity.

It is an independent review of existing installations and documentation to identify visible issues, performance concerns or missing paperwork. This is a separate service from installations.

Home Health Checks are an independent service. If issues are identified, we provide guidance on the appropriate route for resolution. In some cases, we may be able to quote for remedial works separately.

No. External checks are carried out from safe access points such as ground level, loft spaces and inverter locations.

Depending on the installation, warranties, certification bodies or consumer protections may still apply. An audit report helps identify the correct route to take.

Missing documentation is common. A Home Health Check helps identify what should exist and where to request it.
Reports are written clearly and can be used when engaging with installers, warranty providers, TrustMark or other relevant bodies.
No. We operate independently. Our role is to install and support renewable systems and, where requested, provide independent assessments.
Every case is different. Resolution may involve the original installer, a warranty provider or a certification body. Timescales can range from weeks to several months depending on the route taken.
