EnergyCymru is an independent, Wales-based home audit and assessment service.
We specialise in identifying potential issues with insulation, heating and renewable installations completed under ECO and other home upgrade schemes.
We are not an installer.
We are not linked to any government body.
We do not sell measures or carry out remedial works.
Our role is simple:
to protect your households by giving clear, impartial assessments.
What We Do
Many homes across Wales have received upgrades over recent years — loft insulation, cavity insulation, underfloor insulation, ventilation, boilers, heat pumps and solar. Some were installed correctly. Some were not.
Our job is to help you understand:
- Whether your installation appears to meet expected standards
- Whether the work may pose a risk of damp, condensation or performance loss
- Whether paperwork is missing or incomplete
- Which route to take if something needs to be reviewed or fixed
